We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Architect to join our team and lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge cellular communication systems across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define scalable, high-performance software and system architecture that meets our customers’ evolving needs in the telecom and mobile domains.

What you'll do:
Oversee the development of detailed technical specifications and documentation for new features and products.
Leading various development activities from specification through feature development to integration, debugging, testing and field deployment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on various domains (HW, SW, FW, DSP, RF).
Engage with Field Engineers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in technical reviews and provide input on all aspects of the project lifecycle.
What you should have:
Proven experience (10+ years) in software architecture and development in the telecom or cellular domain.
Expertise in ORAN, GSM, LTE, NB-IOT and NR technologies and specification.
Familiarity with Board schemes, SW/HW interfaces and FPGA interfaces.
Hands-on experience with embedded systems, real-time systems, or baseband software.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Communciation Systems Enginnering or related field.
