what will you do?

Analytics & Insights

Translate business needs into analytical frameworks, uncover trends, and deliver insights that directly drive strategic decisions.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI frameworks for recurring revenue metrics (ARR, expansion, churn), product usage, operational efficiency, and customer health.
Conduct deep-dive exploratory analyses to identify opportunities, risks, anomalies, and patterns that influence product direction, GTM execution, and operational improvements.
Build clear, concise narratives—turning complex findings into insights stakeholders can act on immediately.

Data Modeling & Data Quality

Write advanced SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs) to support analytical workflows and BI data models.
Contribute to the development and improvement of data models in the DWH, ensuring accuracy, performance, and consistency.
Collaborate with BI Engineers on dbt-based data transformations, metric standardization, and documentation.
Help ensure strong data governance by validating definitions, ensuring metric accuracy, and maintaining analytics best practices across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to define KPIs, measurement strategies, and success metrics.
Work closely with operational teams to translate events or issues into their business impact and provide actionable recommendations.

Tools, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Leverage visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to deliver intuitive, scalable dashboards.
Stay current with modern analytics tools and methodologies, helping elevate Glassbox’s analytical maturity.

what will you need?
4–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role) in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, etc.).
Advanced SQL skills (joins, window functions, CTEs, performance-aware query design).
Experience with BI visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities in English, able to present analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Curious, proactive mindset: a self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborate, and drive measurable business impact

advantage
Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.
Familiarity with SaaS business metrics (ARR, retention, product usage patterns) and recurring revenue models.
Understanding of data modeling concepts, ELT/ETL flows, and working with cloud data warehouses.
