Solution Architect

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our DLP department. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of DLP solutions, and the interpersonal skills to perform multiple client-related tasks, prioritize and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
Lead the execution of Proof of Value and customer implementations.
Serve as a platform expert, working closely with Product and Engineering to transform customer challenges into new features and solutions.
Assist in developing technical materials, including presentations, documentation, and knowledge base content.
Troubleshoot and address complex customer issues and queries in collaboration with relevant teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, maintain alignment, and solve technological challenges to accelerate the sales process.
Create ad-hoc technical solutions and automation for pre-sale, post-sale, and internal use cases.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), preferably in the DLP domain.
Extensive expertise in database querying and data analysis, with a proven ability to craft efficient queries, extract meaningful insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
