So, what’s the role all about?

As a UX/UI Designer, you will own the User Experience vision and delivery for the portfolio of X-Sight platform products. You will work closely with Product Managers, engineering, and users to communicate proposed designs and gather feedback for refinement. You will be involved in every aspect of the product delivery process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to building net new user interaction patterns to tweaking pixels right before launch. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, research, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for the emerging Cloud SaaS Platform of Actimize.

How will you make an impact?

Owning complex problems from beginning to end, translating research insights into ideas that form new features, and designing the workflows and detailed interactions to bring those ideas to life.

Driving research and interviews to understand the needs and behaviors of users.
Creating and presenting high-fidelity, interactive prototypes
Leading the group with regards to principles of usability and user-centric design
Advocating user-centric solutions while considering time-to-market.
Facilitating Usability Testing and other UX methodologies
Contributing towards the product design system

Have you got what it takes?

5+ years of experience leading UX design processes with a demonstrated track record of using UX methodologies in a complex environment. Must submit a portfolio as part of the application process.
Expertise in standard UX/UI software: Sketch, Figma, AxureRP, Invision, Miro, Balsamiq
Expertise in building atomic design components and graphics.
Strong sense of ownership and partnership in the Product Team
Strong English-language communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Ability to work in a fluid, start-up-like environment.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience in B2B Software
Experience with Data Analysis
