Sales Operations Manager

Description

We are looking for a sales operation manager to join us to improve our sales processes and planning.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping the company grow. You will work closely with sales team leaders and VPs, marketing, developers and others in the organization to implement processes and analyze sales metrics, trends and performance, in order to optimize and improve sales efficiency.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven experience in Sales/Business Operations, who feels very comfortable around numbers and systems, and understands and is passionate about business.

About The Role

Work cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing & R&D to optimize sales results and implement processes

Help build the systems, reports and processes to measure metrics and KPIs

Conduct analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, business insights and reports

Assist with developing, deploying, and managing tools that are needed to increase productivity

Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals

Collaborate with internal resources to ensure reports are translated to actions and results are monitored

Provide maintenance and support to internal stakeholders

Lead a coherent implementation of the CRM system across the sales team

Requirements

2+ years of successful sales operations experience (SaaS experience preferred)

Comfortable building relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within the company (sales, R&D, marketing, product, team leads, VPs, and more)

Experienced with configuration and administration of Salesforce, and comfortable working with Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards

Proven experience in managing Salesforce HANDS ON

Curious, proactive, loves to help others and excited by getting things done

Knowledge of BI tools, such as Looker - Preferable

High proficiency with Excel

SQL knowledge

JavaScript - an advantage
