We're looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner who is a recruiter at heart—someone who loves finding exceptional talent, builds trusted partnerships with hiring managers across global markets, and helps scale the teams driving the future of renewable energy.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment.
Proven experience recruiting internationally and partnering with hiring managers across multiple countries.
Strong sourcing capabilities and a proactive, pipeline-first mindset.
A business partner who builds trust, influences stakeholders, and drives hiring processes forward.
You know how to distinguish between what's urgent and what's important. You're comfortable making informed decisions, adjusting your approach when circumstances change, and maintaining momentum without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
Curious about recruiting technology and comfortable leveraging AI tools when they help you work smarter.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end recruitment processes across Israel, Europe, and the United States, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and deliver strong hiring outcomes.
Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
Recruit across diverse functions, including Engineering, Project Development, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations, and Corporate roles.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, bringing market insights, challenging assumptions when needed, and helping managers make informed hiring decisions.
Manage priorities effectively, make thoughtful trade-offs, and adjust recruiting strategies as business needs evolve.
Use recruiting technology and AI tools where relevant to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
Continuously improve recruiting processes and strengthen the candidate and hiring manager experience.
