Team/Role Overview

Direct custody clearing Operation - Securities services - Clear instructions with local market, dealing with market counterparties and local Stock Exchange.
Processing Corporate action and income payments.
Working with foreign institutional client, other Bank department as Legal, Market, Compliance, Cash team.

What you'll do

Process Corporate Action events and payments.
Checking Market announcement
Identify and resolve Corporate Action events and payments issues.
Tax reconciles and reporting to the local tax authorities
Escalate issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
Provide client services - client inquiries

What we'll need from you

Solid and demonstrable experience in Back or middle office operation
Technical Expertise: understanding of data modelling principles, tools, and technologies.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with team members, client, local market counterparties (Banks /Brokers)
Education: Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting or Finance
