*Location:* Har Tuv / Beit Shemesh, Israel _(In-office only)_
*Schedule:* Monday –Thursday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or part time during these hours
*About the Role*
Ephoca is hiring *proactive SDR Telemarketing Agents* to support customer engagement and business growth. You’ll introduce new HVAC products, accessories, and innovations while building strong relationships with reps, distributors, and new prospects.

* Confident, persuasive phone presence
* CRM experience and structured outreach skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

*Responsibilities*
* Outbound calling to existing accounts and new prospects
* Introduce new products, accessories, and updates
* Communicate product value clearly and confidently
* Build rapport with decision-makers
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
