Sales Operation Desk Manager - Student Position

HP Indigo is the leading player in the digital printing industry, with the broadest portfolio of products, services, and solutions, and is one of the largest exporters in Israel. Indigo is a full-stack company – we do R&D, Manufacturing of both presses and supplies (we have a large production facility in Kiryat Gat), Marketing, Sales, and field service.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Desk Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end process of order fulfillment.

Air & sea shipments tracking

Customer deals handling

Customers' debits & credits

Synchronize between planning and logistics within the company.

Qualifications:

3rd year industrial engineering student or 2nd year business management bachelor’s degree.

Advanced Excel skills

Supply chain experience - An advantage.

Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities

Ambition and creative thinking.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and multitask effectively.

Availability for 4 days a week, 3 dayshybrid.
