VP Program Management/Program Manager

VP Program Management Experience: 7+ years in program management within successful defense companies or the military; experience with defense startups is a significant advantage. U.S. Defense Market: Experience with software/hardware projects in the U.S. defense market is highly preferred. Technical Background: Professional software engineering background or similar; a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a plus. Domain Expertise: Technical experience in one or more of the following areas - Military Robotics; Video Streaming; Cybersecurity; Enterprise IT; RF Mesh Networks; Embedded Systems RFI/RFP Experience: Proven success in managing or significantly contributing to RFI and RFP responses in B2B and/or B2G contexts. Software Development Lifecycle: Strong understanding of modern software development practices. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Communication Skills: Excellent at communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex, dynamic environments. Travel: Willingness to travel internationally at least once every six weeks. R&D Operations & Program Manager 7+ years of experience from a technological company in project management and/or operational role with a deep understanding and know-how in developing processes. Engineering or Product experience is a big plus Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership. Independent, self-starter, learn and move fast. Organized, details oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects & activities simultaneously while meeting targets. A “people person” with excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders to create strong collaboration. Team player, egoless with a proactive approach that thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
