We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our product team at Upwind, the runtime-powered CNAPP that revolutionizes cloud infrastructure security. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping user experiences that align with our strategic vision, driving the success of our mission to redefine cloud security. Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for complex workflows.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to deliver intuitive features.
Maintain and enhance the company’s design system.
Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
Incorporate user feedback to refine and improve designs.
Stay updated on UX trends and best practices, especially in SaaS and cybersecurity.
Take ownership of designs from concept to implementation.
Conduct usability testing to validate and optimize user experiences.
Work on delivering consistent and impactful designs that align with business goals.

Requirements:

3+ years as a UX Designer, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
Design Tools - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
Experience in conducting research, usability testing, and turning insights into actionable designs.
Familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems for consistency.
Ability to work with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams effectively.
Basic understanding of web technologies and development processes. Experience in cybersecurity or designing for developers is a plus.
