Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Israel. As a BusinessDevelopment Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new businessopportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies toexpand our customer base. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals,conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications* Proven 5-10 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.* Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities.* Self-motivated and target-driven.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Familiarity with BPO industry and services.* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
