Strong technical background in SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and modern development practices. Experience working with AI/ML systems, large-scale data pipelines, or LLM-based applications is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in building and scaling production systems, is a significant plus. Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with guiding and empowering a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and geographies.
