Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

Events & Monetization Management: Oversee the operation of product activities within the game through the back-end system.
Quality Assurance: Partner with the QA team to verify that campaign configurations function correctly in the live environment.
Daily Monitoring: Conduct daily checks to ensure events are accurately scheduled ant fit the business goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a quantitative field.
1+ years experience in operative role using high level of Excel
Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual, and the ability to learn and operate multiple applications.
Strong problem-solving/ troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
QA knowledge – advantage
