About this role

The Senior UX/UI Designer at Aidoc is a key player in shaping the future of our solutions, driving the design process from user research and vision to excellent execution. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
Creating wireframes, mockups and prototypes of features and delivering intuitive and seamless user experiences designed in a great level of detail in both UX and UI
Conducting user research through interviews, usability testing, and analytics and gathering feedback to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
Collaborating with product management and engineering teams, aligning the stakeholders relevant to the project
Developing and maintaining the product design system
Presenting design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and providing clear rationale for design decisions.
Helping in developing design processes, tools, and methodologies to improve team efficiency and design quality
Collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing teams - including responsibility for training and marketing materials.

Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in product UX/UI design
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in interaction design, visual design, cognitive psychology or related disciplines
Proven skill set of use in Figma (components, variables)
Experience in B2B SAAS products
Experience with user research methodologies
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and in English
