Frontend Tech Lead

Skyline AI was acquired by JLL (NYSE: JLL), a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. The Skyline AI team has been embedded as-is within JLL, to continue our mission of transforming commercial real estate with data science. We are developing a platform that collects data from hundreds of different sources and uses machine learning to extract insights for making fast and optimal business decisions. We have assembled an excellent team of leading data engineers, software developers, designers, product managers, and data scientists working towards this goal.

Our offices are in Tel-Aviv and we employ a hybrid work from home model.

On a typical day, you will:

Build stunning web applications which give advantage to real estate professionals by providing them with data, AI, and stunning visualizations to support their workflows
Be a part of an amazing team and take part in technical discussions, contribute and learn professionally.
Take part in building a robust applications and component library.
Mentor, train and challenge your team members.
Work closely with our data engineering teams to QA our web applications.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in web development with Angular or similar Javascript framework and 3rd party libraries
Leadership mentality: strong communication skills, flexible thinking, ability to lead technical discussions, shape the product roadmap and build a positive tech-culture
Strong understanding of front-end technologies and architecture, including HTML5, CSS3 and Sass with a proficient understanding of responsive design
Experience in building pixel-perfect and stunning data visualizations, with a strong sense of user experience and a deep understanding of how users think.
Experience in building in-house design systems
Familiarity with back-end technologies and architecture
A desire to collaborate closely with users, designers & testers to deliver quality software that solves problems
Understanding of key design principles and familiarity with design tools such as Figma - Advantage
