Product Design Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Product Design Lead to major international organization from the United Arab Emirates that operates in Israel (offices in Tel Aviv, Haifa & Jerusalem). In this role, you'll lead user-centred design processes, collaborating closely with PMs, R&D and our users. You will create unique pixel-perfect designs consistent with user needs using Figma. Your mission will be to identify pain points in the user journey and hypothesize and experiment to solve them effectively. You will improve existing user interface designs and flows while maintaining and extending our product style guide and design system. Additionally, you will create prototypes, present designs, and iterate until we reach the perfect solution. Working closely with UX designers, you'll translate user needs into high fidelity designs and ensure the implementation aligns seamlessly with the design through collaboration with the R&D team. 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer (UX & UI) in SaaS companies. 5+ years of experience leading a team of PDs and UX researchers. Creative mind which translates into beautiful visuals. Proficiency with design tools (Figma and Adobe CC suite) and Agile tools (Jira, etc.). Understand basic FE lingo, including component libraries, Lottie, etc. Good personal skills: team player, independent, organised, open minded, and flexible with strong time-management skills.
