Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
DRS RADA Technologies is a global leader in advanced radar and defense solutions.
We are looking for a seasoned HRBP. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to employees.
You will drive HR initiatives that align with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Support the implementation of change management initiatives to promote innovation and agility.
Employee Relations
Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Talent Acquisition and Development
Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
Develop and implement programs for onboarding, training, and career development to retain and grow talent.
Performance Management
Guide managers in implementing performance management practices, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews.
Provide coaching and development to leaders to enhance their effectiveness and team performance.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies to reflect best practices and organizational needs.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Use data and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and inform strategic decision-making.
Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity to drive improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, technology, or defence industry environment.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
