What you’re applying for

We’re looking for brilliant full stack engineers ready to take the leap from coding to AI product leaders. As part of our elite GenAI unit at Lemonade, you’ll help define and shape the future of AI @ Lemonade—owning entire features and systems from start to finish. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the business, product, and engineering aspects of AI tooling.

Lemonade is a leader in AI implementation, and we’re the only public company in the world to sell nearly 100% of our products through AI and chatbots. We have a unique, bureaucracy-free, fast moving culture that pushes talented and creative people to do their best, and focus on impact and value creation.

This is not your typical engineering job. It’s a rare opportunity to wear two hats–an AI designer and product thinker, and an AI fabricator who hacks low-code and other tools for fast delivery. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership and take ownership of high-impact, strategic projects that move the needle–from day one. You’ll bring a maker’s mindset, a hacker’s curiosity, and a builder’s grit.

In this role you’ll:

Lead AI-driven product initiatives from idea to execution

Design, prototype, and build end-to-end products with AI at their core

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists

Own the development process—shipping fast, testing often, and learning constantly

Fabricate ideas into reality using a mix of software, hardware, and human insight

Help define the future of Lemonade’s AI product culture

What you’ll need:

4+ years of experience as a strong, and senior full stack engineer

A scientific mindset paired with a "can-build-anything" attitude

Strong product sense, with an eye for what makes a great user experience

Passion for hacking with AI and pushing the limits of what’s possible

Deep understanding of computer science principles, metaprogramming, and generics

Curiosity across domains is a big bonus: Data Science, Electronics, Mechanics, Woodworking, Biohacking, Industrial Design

Extreme attention to detail, speed, and the resilience to keep pushing

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Availability to work from our Tel Aviv office for a minimum of 4 days a week
