Help Desk Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Help Desk Administrator to join our IT team. The Senior Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal employees, as well as managing and maintaining the company's help desk operations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressureRequirements:4+ years of experience in IT and customer serviceStrong understanding of hardware, software, and networking conceptsTroubleshooting both Windows and macOS operating systemsExcellent communication (customer orientation) and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with help desk management and ticket tracking systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk…)Experience in Google Workspace (G-Suite) - AdvantageExperience in AWS - AdvantageExperience in VMware environment - Advantage
