As a Data Science Engineer at Beamr, you will participate in shaping the company’s ML and AI R&D initiatives.

Reporting to Beamrs’ AI Tech lead , you will work on developing and deploying ML solutions to enhance product offering and to increase efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Take an active part in ML R&D projects from inception to deployment
Design and perform benchmarks to evaluate impact of video processing on AI/ML solutions
Be part of the effort to stay abreast of the latest advancements in relevant AI/ML technologies
Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to leverage company data and knowledge to drive increased efficiencies

Requirements:

Education

Master’s degree (MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience in industry oriented Computer Vision R&D
3+ years Experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.
Strong understanding of ML/DL algorithms
Proven experience building ML/DL solutions in production
Knowledge of large scale ML systems / LLM
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
Knowledge of image / video compression - an advantage
Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry - an advantage

Skills

Curious, fast learner who enjoys the challenge of a good riddle
A team worker, well suited to hybrid work mode with good time-management skills
Ability to methodically define, setup, run, analyze & document projects
Able to work independently - monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions
Excellent spoken and written English
