Requirements:

5 - 8 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS platforms, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital products, SDKs, or APIs.
Solid understanding of APIs, SDKs, and web/mobile app development workflows.
Strong understanding with UX/UI design principles and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to engage with Tier-1 enterprise clients, particularly IT and marketing leaders, to influence decisions and resolve challenges.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the position:

We are looking for a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Multi-Channel Client Framework, a critical component of the Personetics Engage platform. This framework enables banks to deliver seamless, data-driven insights and tracking to their customers through various digital channels. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our multi-flavor solution, including API, Mobile SDKs (iOS and Android), Web SDK, and Hosted UI options.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders, including bank IT and marketing leaders, digital app developers, and end-users. Your ability to balance technical requirements, UX design, and strategic business objectives will be critical to delivering exceptional digital banking experiences.

Responsibilities:

Product Ownership: Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Multi-Channel Client Framework, aligning with Engage platform and company goals. Prioritize backlog, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure seamless UX and intuitive design for Bank Users (B2C), provide technical documentation and integration tools for Digital App Developers, align strategy with business objectives for Bank Managers (B2B), and address security, scalability, and compliance for IT Managers. Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive engagement, growth, and technical success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features across API, Mobile SDK, Web SDK, and Hosted UI. Collaborate with marketing and sales for go-to-market strategies and client success.
Client Engagement: Serve as primary interface for Tier-1 bank IT and marketing stakeholders, presenting roadmaps and addressing inquiries. Conduct demos, workshops, and presentations.
Market and User Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitors to maintain market leadership. Gather customer feedback to guide product enhancements.
Documentation and Enablement: Create product documentation (user guides, API specs, SDK guidelines). Provide training and thought leadership on framework capabilities and best practices.
