Marketing BI Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing BI Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, ensuring we meet KPIs, and providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze marketing data to measure performance, trends, and KPIs.
• Perform data manipulations, transformations, and visualizations to generate actionable insights.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance and improve decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and marketing metrics.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, APIs, and BigQuery.
• Leverage the Data Warehouse to unify data streams, enabling comprehensive analysis and enhanced reporting capabilities.
• Automate data workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
• Support marketing teams in A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and customer insights.

• 3 years of experience as a Marketing BI Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with APIs for data extraction and integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience working with Google BigQuery.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including building dashboards and data visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HubSpot – a plus.
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis – a plus.
