As an Information Security Implementer, you’ll help safeguard advanced IT and OT systems that are designed to serve thousands of passengers each day in the future.

Based in Or Yehuda, you’ll collaborate with industry experts, tackle complex cybersecurity challenges, and play a key role in building a smarter, safer transportation network for the years ahead.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Technical Oversight

Design and deploy effective cybersecurity controls.

Apply knowledge of standards and regulations including ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and TS 50701.

Analyze tender requirements, track compliance across subsystems, and monitor project-wide cybersecurity requirements.

Collaborate with the CISO to develop and submit key cybersecurity deliverables (e.g., Cybersecurity Management Plan, risk analyses, detailed designs).

Support and participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning.

Contribute to subsystem cybersecurity design reviews and approvals.

Take part in subcontractor selection and management processes related to cybersecurity.

Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Participate in cybersecurity audits and support the validation of technical compliance (T&C).

Supervise remediation of vulnerabilities and oversee patching processes.

Support ongoing cybersecurity testing and client approvals.

Bonus: Experience working with Israeli regulations (MOT, INCD) is a strong advantage.

Project Management & Coordination

Coordinate with the CISO and client to address cybersecurity requirements and issues.

Execute the cybersecurity plan and follow the CISO's guidance.

Promote alignment with project methodologies and suggest improvements when needed.

Monitor the implementation of cybersecurity controls across all project subsystems.

Provide regular KPI reports and alert the CISO to any issues.
