Guardz is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will build and maintain enterprise-grade processes that span our entire go-to-market business applications stack. You will also collaborate with the product, data, and engineering teams to streamline the customer journey from lead to paying customer and expansion. Guradz is experiencing hyper-growth, and this role is critical to ensuring we run a concise, optimized sales process. The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial qualities, experience from a similar SaaS company, a holistic business view and the ability to combine tech-savvy skills with business understanding.
Responsibilities:
Make sure CRM discipline and data hygiene are kept within all GTM departments
Closely collaborate with various GTM departments to optimize and streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights to key stakeholders
Ensure seamless integration between the CRM (Hubspot) and various got-to-market automation tools
Onboard new GTM team members and teach them the current playbook processes to create cross-board alignment
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in a SaaS company operations role
Experience administrating a CRM platform like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
Experienced with configuration and administration of Hubspot Sales and Marketing Hubs - big advantage
Experience working with no/low code automation tools (Zappier, Make, etc) - advantage
Excellent project management and communication skills
Able to independently prioritize between ongoing needs and longer-term projects
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks.
