About the Role

We’re looking for a talented designer to lead high-impact design projects and elevate Cyera’s visual storytelling. You’ll shape our visual language, collaborate across teams, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns, events, and digital platforms. What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from concept through execution, across digital and print formats.
Develop and evolve Cyera’s visual identity, including typography, color systems, iconography, imagery, and illustration styles.
Collaborate with teams across HR, product marketing, and UX to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all communications.
Create visually compelling assets for campaigns, events, product launches, and company-wide initiatives.
Establish and enforce brand standards across all touchpoints, maintaining quality and coherence in all visual outputs.
Inspire and mentor fellow designers by setting a high creative bar and providing strategic input and design feedback.
Translate brand strategy into captivating design experiences that reflect Cyera’s mission, voice, and values.
Requirements

Who You Are

Must-Haves

You have 5+ years of professional experience in branding or visual communication, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design across multiple mediums.
You’re highly proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
You excel in visual storytelling and image creation across digital, traditional, and motion formats.
You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and are confident taking projects from ideation to execution.
You have strong communication skills and can clearly explain your design thinking to stakeholders at all levels.
You’re organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or equivalent.

Nice-to-Haves

You bring experience in motion graphics or animation, adding dynamic storytelling to brand materials.
You’re comfortable collaborating with external vendors or agencies.
You have an eye for employer branding and internal communications design.
You’re always up to date on design trends and eager to explore new creative tools and techniques.
