We are seeking a brilliant, curious, and creative Technical Product Manager to take our conceptual enterprise identity Fabric prototype to the next stage. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product by leading efforts from MVP to successful delivery while continuing to maximize business results.

Your role will include:

Reports to head of product/VP/CPO company product
Transform business and product high-level goals into detailed technical product requirements and KPIs, ensuring product deliverables are aligned with the business needs and focused on achieving success
Actively engage with engineering and research teams to ensure coherent delivery of prioritized innovative product features and improvements
Collaborate with all product stakeholders – R&D, UI/UX, Business Development, Marketing, Market Analysts, Customer Success – to establish and ensure a coherent product story and roadmap flow.
Implement and monitor regular product assessments to learn and improve consistently
Monitor 3rd party integrations product life-cycle, industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring the product remains relevant, competitive, and at the forefront of customer needs

Requirements:

3+ years of product management experience in the Enterprise software industries
Experience in product management related to identity, observability/APM, or distributed systems
Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and scale to accommodate rapid growth
A strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including product strategy building, requirements definition, UX / UI engineering, QA, and release
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Self-learning individual with problem-solving skills while acting as a team player

Advantages:

Experience with product management of Identity or Application Performance Monitoring tools
2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer and possess a deep interest, understanding, and knowledge in software development
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, static code analysis or/and eBPF and its ecosystem
