Full-Stack Developer (Frontend Focus)

You will work on Tricentis Testim, a product that uses AI to speed the authoring, execution, and maintenance of automated tests. Testim learns from every execution, self-improving the stability of test cases, resulting in a test suite that doesn’t break on every code change.

Testim’s enterprise customers include Salesforce, Autodesk, Microsoft, Wix.com, JFrog, and others who rely on Testim to build stable automated tests to speed their development cycles and improve their CI/CD processes.

The Full-Stack Developer role in Tricentis provides you with a unique opportunity to work on an impressive technology landscape, involving many of the most popular tools and cloud platforms of today. In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge to expand our product's capabilities. This involves designing and developing features using the latest technologies and adhering to best practices. You will also engage in close communication with team members and the Product Owner to align with the business's expectations and goals.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate within and across the teams to design and develop a fit for purpose solution
• Work closely with product management & UX to design great experiences for our users and align with business goals
• Help build the next generation of scalable automation software in React/NodeJS
• Review code of your teammates and actively share your knowledge
• Continuously educate yourself on latest technologies.
• Develop and express clear opinions on how things should be done.
• Collaborate across teams to implement best practices in engineering
• Run experiments to figure out the fit of new technologies, approaches, or patterns.
• Develop/review/implement technical designs for next-gen Tricentis products.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of profound full-stack software development experience in JS/NodeJS
• Multiyear experience with developing in Typescript/Javascript
• Experience with developing on Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in and succeeding as agile development team
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate business requirements into product solutions.
• You have a good overview of current trends in frontend development
• Be comfortable with change: we are building very new products and we are continuously evaluating if we are on track with customers and internal stakeholders. Sometimes we will need to pivot and get back to the drawing board.
• Get your hands dirty attitude: you are not afraid to pick up a new technology/library/pattern and get productive with it quickly if that is needed for the task at hand.
• Proven experience in producing high-quality code and implementing engineering best practices
