Datarails is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how finance teams manage their data. Financial professionals often struggle with an overwhelming number of Excel spreadsheets. Our solution consolidates scattered and unstructured data into a single source of truth, empowering finance teams to make better, faster decisions. We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition who is eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will help build and manage paid campaigns across various digital platforms to drive growth and user engagement.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience managing large-scale campaigns ($100k+ per month) - a must.

Hands-on experience with user acquisition platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) - LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong plus.

Proven data analysis experience and strong analytical skills

Outstanding Excel skills

A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability and a drive for continuous improvement.

A "can-do" attitude with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics or an equivalent background

Develop and implement paid marketing strategies that align with our business goals, leveraging the latest advertising technologies.
Create, manage, and optimize large-scale paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with creative and ad agencies to produce high-quality campaigns, offering input on creative copy, banners, and videos.
Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
