In this role you will:

Manage daily activities for HSBC Innovation Banking clients
Partner with the Relationship Managers to enhance client relationships including oversight of client onboarding activities.
Provide excellent daily service to meet clients' needs.
Provide ongoing risk monitoring, address operational risk activities, and ensure consistent application of Group Policies and regulatory requirements.
Build effective internal networks within the HSBC Innovation Banking platform to enable full success in the role

You should apply if you have:

Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew
Previous experience in Relationship Management /Relationship Support/ Client Service/ Investor Services and / or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Experience in Commercial Banking, Cash Management, - an advantage
Strong problem-solving, analytical & influencing skills
A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to self-learning
Strong work ethic, extremely self-motivated, success driven and uncompromising attention to detail
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Relevant academic degree
