A leading global cybersecurity company is looking for a Production Monitoring Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor customers on-prem and Cloud production environments
Troubleshoot customers production system and Cloud environments, identifying malfunctions & providing proactive support.
Work with our engineering teams to improve serviceability, supportability and quality of our products.
Build Customer facing “Health Dashboard”.

Have 2+ years of strong scripting experience – Must (PowerShell - an advantage)
Experience with SQL
Self-learning and infinite curiosity
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with AZURE or other cloud solutions - an advantage
Kusto Query language – an Advantage
