They collaborate closely with the Development, Product, Support, and Sales Engineering teams. Our primary mission is to enable the business to produce high-quality, secure products. Help us make the Internet more secure

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will work with self-driven software development teams. You will be responsible for architecture and technical ownership of current and next generation Security Products. You will ensure engineering and documentation best practices are followed resulting in frequent and stable software releases.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

Offering technical guidance to engineers designing infrastructure features foundational to our products.
Collaborating with engineers, architects and other technical teams to craft first-class technical implementations.
Collaborating with management to establish priorities, direction, timelines, and transparently updating stakeholders on progress.
Interacting with leadership and customers for requirements gathering, scoping, implementing integration and feature enhancement projects

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

Have 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent
Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams
Have experience managing a sizable team of engineers working with languages such as C/C++ and Windows/Mac/Linux environments
Have deep knowledge of networks and protocols. Well versed in IP networks such as DNS, routing protocols such as HTTP, TCP and UDP2.
Have excellent software development troubleshooting and debugging skills
