Corporate legal counsel

Description:

As a member of Global-e’s corporate team, you will advise on corporate and securities matters, with prime focus on US securities laws and public company regulations, corporate secretary and governance matters, subsidiary and legal entity management This role requires a proficient knowledge of SEC and Nasdaq rules, as well as general corporate law. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency and independent judgment. You will operate as part of a team focused on cross-functional collaboration within Global-e departments, including finance, HR and management.

• At least 5 years of experience working on public company matters
• Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements and securities laws
• Advanced knowledge of annual and quarterly reporting, proxy statement and preparation
• Strong understanding of stock exchange listing requirements
• Excellent capabilities in operating, establishing and compliance of corporations in various countries
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment and ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
• Combination of prior top-tier law firm and in-house corporate law experience is required
