We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Israel. In this role, you will support the Group’s growth through international mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions, primarily relating to renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support M&A transactions and strategic investments.
• Draft, review, comment, negotiate, and manage the transaction documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee legal due diligence processes, identify legal risks, and offer practical solutions to mitigate them.
• Work with external legal counsels, financial advisors, technical consultants, and other advisors.
• Support post-closing integration activities and corporate governance matters.
• Other legal assignments as requested by the General Counsel
  
  

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Qualified attorney and member in good standing of the Israeli Bar Association.
• At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in M&A, gained at a leading law firm specializing in international M&A transactions.
• Proven experience supporting complex international M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
