UCT is looking for a talented Buyer to join us in Israel!

Key role in the procurement team – responsible for Machining Tools & subcontractors’ activities. Well organized and can work in a dynamic, fast changing environment. Position requires managing a lot of logistics as well as operational support.
Full-Time position.
Location: Nof Hagalil

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Direct procurement and management of Tools & Subcontracting in the field of machining in Israel and abroad
-Execution of purchase orders and follow-ups,
multiple interfaces
-Overseas procurement and handling of shipping issues, coordination of shipments and delivery tracking
-Responsibility for inventory reliability - performing inventory counts and controls
-Tracking and control of orders and delivery times
-Experience working with SAP system

Educational/Certification Requirement:
-Industrial Engineering or BA in business administration
-Familiar with global commercial (Import / Export) Incoterms

Experience Requirement:
-Experience with Tools & Subcontractors Machining process – advantage
-Woking in Global Industry –advantage
-Reading Drawings and understanding engineering processes
-Experience in Overseas procurement - mandatory
-Experience working with an inventory management system.
-Experience in managing negotiations/agreements with suppliers.
-Full understanding of the entire import field
-High level English
-Experience working with SAP system
