Experienced Technical Buyer (595)

We are looking for an Experienced Technical Buyer to join us.

In this position you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and products, working closely with engineers to define purchasing requirements, negotiating with vendors and subcontractors globally, coordinating the flow of materials and products through the supply chain, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products at competitive costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical procurement activities in the fields of electromechanics, machining, and engineered components.
• Handle end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requisitions, supplier sourcing, and quotations to purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
• Work closely with global suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production Planning, Finance, and Supply Chain.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in technical procurement within global, project-based companies – Must.
• Proven experience in purchasing electromechanical components, mechanical parts, machined parts, and engineered components.
• Experience working with local and international suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong experience in commercial negotiations and supplier agreements.
• High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Priority ERP – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, strong business acumen, a broad perspective, excellent negotiation skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
