HR Manager

Israel’s leading PR firm specializing in technology and innovation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our exceptional team. This is a part-time role (2 ½ - 3 days per week) with a hybrid work model from our Tel Aviv office. We’re looking for an HR Manager to work closely with the company’s CPO and manage all employee-related matters. This role is dynamic and encompasses different facets of HR, such as recruitment, HR admin, employee lifecycle management, employee experience, and building and implementing HR policies. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns, providing expert guidance and timely solutions. Oversee the full employee lifecycle and HR processes, such as recruitment, performance management, and employee retention. Assess and identify professional development needs to ensure growth and skill development. Develop and implement key HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with company values, operational policies, and Israeli labor laws. Manage HR database and collaborate with operations team. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Requirements: Native-level English speaker with an understanding of Anglo culture. Native-level Hebrew speaker. 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field. BA in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with empathy and clarity. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical HR solutions. Deep understanding of HR best practices, Israeli labor law, and relevant regulations. Proficiency in HR systems and databases, such as HiBob. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Energetic, motivated, and professional, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
