Utilities Coordination & Engineering Team Lead

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

Exodigo is looking for a talented, ambitious, and creative Technical Lead to join our highly professional and close-knit team, overseeing some of the most challenging and exciting infrastructure projects in Israel at a world-class level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the company’s “technical toolbox” of suppliers and service providers required for executing all projects in Israel, while supporting the company's project managers.
• Oversee and manage multiple suppliers and professional service providers, including surveying, traffic management, engineering works (e.g., soil excavation, trial drilling, waste removal), safety management, and supervision.
• Handle regulatory approvals required for the company, including those from regulators, government offices, municipalities, and other entities, such as aerial operation licenses, safety certifications for specific projects, and other permits.
• Ensure the necessary qualifications for company employees involved in projects, including certifications and internal training.
• Liaise with regulators, municipalities, and Israel’s leading infrastructure companies and entities.
• Provide technical support and solutions to the company’s project managers and sales/business development teams in Israel.

• At least 2 years of experience in technical management (or a similar role) in complex infrastructure projects in Israel, working with infrastructure entities or project management/planning and engineering companies – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the infrastructure sector, including governmental and commercial companies, municipalities, and regulators – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, or Economics – an advantage.
• Experience with CAD and GIS software – an advantage.
• Familiarity with national infrastructure systems – an advantage.
• High proficiency in Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in a rapidly growing tech company.
• Experience working with advanced processes and tools in a global tech company and project management software.
• High-level English proficiency.
