Recruiting Coordinator (6-Month Contract, with Option to Extend)

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join Gong on a 6-month contract (with the possibility to extend).

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll manage interview scheduling, support recruiting operations, and help create a smooth and positive candidate experience.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will:

Manage a high volume of interview scheduling with speed and accuracy.
Coordinate phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews (including recruiter, hiring manager, and executive interviews).
Act as a focal point for job postings on career websites, social platforms, and internal communications.
Support recruiting operations, administration, and special projects, constantly seeking to improve processes.

You should apply if you have:

Proven work or internship experience in recruiting, administration, scheduling, or operations.
Bonus points for experience as a PA/Office Assistant.
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail (even a bit obsessive is great!).
A customer-service mentality.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to wear many hats.
