Responsibilities:

Manage our full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, phone interviewing and in depth face to face interviews.

Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms.

Lead initiatives to promote efficient recruiting & employer branding.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting E2E in tech & business roles – a must.

Experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment of a tech startup.

Fluent English is a must.

Advanced sourcing & in-depth interviewing capabilities.

Ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships.

Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Passionate about working with people.

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant field.
