Senior Bookkeeper

easy is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team in a key role!

This is a great opportunity to join a leading technology company, take full ownership of the company's bookkeeping operations, work closely with the CFO and CEO, and play an active role in financial and business processes that directly impact the company.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of the company's bookkeeping operations, up to trial balance.
• Manage suppliers and payments, handle statutory reporting, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage the company's bank accounts and ongoing cash flow.
• Handle customer-related accounting activities, including invoice issuance and working with financial interfaces.
• Work closely with external auditors and support financial closing and reporting processes.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and CFO, contributing to financial processes and decision-making.
• Support the Controller in preparing management reports, analyzing financial data, and budgeting processes.
• Work with various teams across the organization, taking end-to-end responsibility for financial processes.

What We're Looking For

• Certified Level 3 Bookkeeper / Advanced Bookkeeping Certification – Required.
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in a business environment – Required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel – Required.
• Experience with Priority ERP – A significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently, strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• High level of personal responsibility, integrity, initiative, and the ability to drive processes forward.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
