Senior Bookkeeper

About the Company

HEQA Security is building the quantum networking fabric for next-generation secure networks and the quantum internet. We already commercialize the first deployed workload of that platform: quantum-secure infrastructure for the most sensitive links between critical sites, deployed with tier-1 telecom operators, cloud providers and government customers.

About the Role

Manage the company's bookkeeping end to end, with a particular focus on inventory management in Priority. The role carries full responsibility for bookkeeping through the balance sheet, day-to-day work with domestic and international suppliers and customers, and preparation of financial and regulatory reports. This is a sole-bookkeeper position reporting to the CFO.

Responsibilities

•           Full-cycle bookkeeping through the balance sheet, including monthly and quarterly closes

•           End-to-end inventory management in Priority: receipts, stock counts, reconciliations, costing, BOM, and inter-warehouse transfers

•           Working with domestic and international suppliers: invoice entry, imports, reconciliations, payments, and credit-terms control

•           Working with global customers: issuing foreign-currency invoices, collections follow-up, and account reconciliations

•           Ongoing reporting and payments to the authorities, including the Israel Innovation Authority

•           Reconciliation of bank accounts (including foreign-currency accounts), credit cards, and clearing accounts

•           Supporting the external auditors in annual audits and assisting with the preparation of financial statements

•           Cash-flow monitoring and ongoing management reporting

•           Optional – payroll accountant

Requirements

•           Certified Bookkeeper, Level 3 or higher

•           8+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience through the balance sheet; hardware/manufacturing companies with inventory preferred

•           Proven, in-depth command of Priority, including the inventory management module

•           Experience working with international suppliers and customers, including foreign-currency transactions and imports

•           Strong command of regulatory reporting (VAT, withholding tax, Forms 856 and 126)

•           High-level English — reading, writing, and ongoing correspondence with international suppliers and customers

•           Ability to work independently, a big-picture perspective, and a strong service orientation

•           Accuracy, organization, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines

•           Regular use of AI and advanced tools in day-to-day work

•           Strong Excel skills
