Senior Computer Vision Researcher - JB-797

In this role, you will lead the research, design, and deployment of cutting-edge computer vision models and machine learning algorithms. You will solve complex visual understanding problems, push the boundaries of technology, and directly impact our product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art computer vision and deep learning models to solve complex, real-world visual challenges.
• Own the full life cycle of algorithm development, from exploratory data analysis and literature review to training, optimization, and validation.
• Act as a subject matter expert in computer vision, keeping the team up to date with the latest academic publications and industry advancements.
• Work closely with data engineers, software teams, and product managers to successfully integrate advanced algorithms into production systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or Ph.D. (preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field with a focus on AI/CV.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional industry experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning – Must.
• At least 5 years of dedicated experience specifically focused on Image Processing and Computer Vision – Must.
• Proficient in Python and industry-standard deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) along with specialized CV libraries (e.g., OpenCV).

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• A proven track record of published papers in top-tier AI/CV conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS).
• Experience with generative AI for images/video, multi-modal architectures, or video analytics.
• Experience optimizing models for edge devices or real-time performance constraints.
