Senior Computer Vision Researcher

We are looking for an experienced Senior Computer Vision Research Scientist to join a technology company developing advanced AI and Computer Vision solutions.

This role involves applied research, development and optimization of advanced algorithms, solving complex technological challenges, and driving innovative solutions from research and experimentation to practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
Design and implement Deep Learning solutions for image and video processing and analysis.
Plan and conduct experiments, analyze results, and evaluate model performance.
Explore and implement state-of-the-art research methods and innovative model architectures.
Work with complex datasets, including data preprocessing, validation, and analysis.
Collaborate with research, algorithm development, and software engineering teams to integrate solutions into advanced technological systems.

Requirements

Must-Have:
Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
At least 8 years of professional experience in Machine Learning.
At least 5 years of experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing research and development.
Proven experience researching, developing, and implementing advanced algorithms.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
Hands-on experience designing experiments, analyzing results, and evaluating model performance.
Strong analytical thinking, research capabilities, and independent problem-solving skills.

Significant Advantages:
Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in applied research and transitioning algorithms from research environments into production systems.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience in areas such as Object Detection, Object Tracking, Image Segmentation, or Image Classification.
Scientific publications in leading Computer Vision conferences or journals.
