MVG is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support mechanical design activities across multiple global projects in the antenna measurement, RCS, and EMC sectors. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanical engineer with a strong electro-mechanical systems background, solid customer orientation, and the ability to collaborate across international teams and customers.

🚀Responsibilities

- Lead mechanical design activities for multiple global engineering projects.

- Develop mechanical solutions for electro-mechanical systems in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

- Ensure designs meet technical, customer, and project requirements across global assignments.

- Collaborate with international customers, engineering stakeholders, and project teams to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Optimize designs using SolidWorks and PDM to support quality, manufacturability, and documentation standards.

- Drive analytical problem-solving throughout the mechanical design lifecycle.

✅ Requirements

- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering is required.

- 5–10 years of mechanical design experience in multidisciplinary companies, preferably specializing in electro-mechanical systems.

- Highly skilled in SolidWorks and PDM.

- Previous experience working with global organizations and international customers.

- Proficient level of English.

- Willingness to travel abroad.

- Strong technical breadth, analytical thinking, customer orientation, and people-oriented communication style.
