Product Manager

We are looking for a technically oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape a complex, mission-critical Laboratory Information System (LIS) used by hospitals and medical laboratories worldwide.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business and operational needs into clear, detailed product requirements and technical specifications. You will investigate existing system functionality, analyze data using SQL, and lead product initiatives from requirements gathering through development and delivery, while contributing to the ongoing modernization of our platform.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience with complex B2B Enterprise systems or information systems.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with relational databases.
• Proven experience writing detailed product requirements and technical specifications, including workflows, business logic, and edge cases.
• Strong technical orientation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating with R&D and QA teams.
• Experience gathering customer requirements, managing stakeholders, and prioritizing product needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
