Located in the Central District directly adjacent to primary train transit, operating on an in-office model.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Lead Hardware & System Engineer, embedded within a core R&D squad with end-to-end ownership over next-generation AI-driven smart sensor platforms from initial architecture and spec definition to integration, testing, and production.
• Leading electrical systems architecture, conducting feasibility studies, and executing hands-on Proof of Concept (POC) validations.
• Defining board design requirements and architectural guidelines, managing and directing external hardware design vendors who execute core board layout and detailed implementation.
• Driving hands-on hardware Bring-up, laboratory debugging, signal integrity validation, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex multi-disciplinary hardware failures.
• Overseeing analog and digital board design considerations, high-speed interfaces, and power management circuitry.
• Collaborating closely across R&D disciplines with System Engineers, Software / Firmware teams, Mechanical Engineers, V&V, and QA to drive seamless system integration.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electronics from an accredited academic institution – Mandatory
• 5 years of proven professional hands-on experience in System Engineering (multidisciplinary hardware-software systems) – Mandatory
• 3 years of hands-on experience in Hardware Engineering / Board Design (analog, digital, and high-speed design) – Mandatory
• Deep hands-on expertise in laboratory Bring-up, hardware debugging, and Root Cause Analysis using advanced lab test equipment – Mandatory
• Proven track record defining hardware specifications and working closely with external design contractors and component suppliers – Mandatory
• Broad multidisciplinary understanding across mechanical constraints, embedded firmware, and system-level validation – Mandatory
• Fluent, professional technical communication and specification-writing capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
