System Hardware Engineer - 245108

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness of advanced server platforms.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, validation, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Define and review hardware architecture, schematics, layouts, and system-level designs.
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, root cause analysis, and failure investigations in lab environments and at partner sites.
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and external design teams worldwide.
• Drive product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and production readiness.
• Lead initiatives to improve development efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to the delivery of next-generation high-performance computing and cloud infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading hardware products from design through mass production.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed board design and development.
• Strong experience with technologies such as DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, and high-speed networking interfaces.
• Proven experience with hardware bring-up, debugging, validation, and failure analysis.
• Experience working with manufacturing partners, suppliers, and external development teams.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Advantages

• Experience developing server, networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure platforms.
• Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI).
• Experience with PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, or high-speed SerDes technologies.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Scripting experience using Python or Bash.
• Technical leadership experience within multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
