Field Services Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.
• Provide remote technical support to customer’s various applications
• Provide worldwide on-site technical support to customers.
• Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellent
• Writing & editing professional technical documents on a variety of equipment.

Requirements:

• At least 3-years of prior experience in a technical support or field service role from multi-disciplinary companies – a must
• Engineering/Practical Engineering degree in the fields of  Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electro-Optic or Electronic -a must
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent level of English
• Willingness to travel abroad
