System Engineer

Real Time Group, LTD., is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join the development of a new satellite-based information processing system within the Space Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end system engineering activities for complex, software-intensive products.
• Gather, analyze, and define system requirements based on customer and stakeholder needs.
• Prepare engineering specifications and lead technical design reviews with customers.
• Translate system requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from requirements definition through integration, verification, validation, and customer acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including system engineers, project managers, architects, and software developers.

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in systems engineering for software-intensive systems.
• Strong experience in requirements definition, system architecture, integration, and testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AI tools, and GitHub Copilot.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.

Experience in the Aerospace and/or Defense industry
